Dry Riser One Achieves CQMS Health and Safety Accreditation

Dry Riser One is proud to announce that we have successfully achieved CQMS↗︎ health and safety accreditation, further strengthening our commitment to compliance, professional standards and safe working practices.

This accreditation demonstrates that Dry Riser One operates to recognised health and safety standards and has the correct systems, policies and procedures in place to support clients, contractors and project stakeholders with confidence.

What Does CQMS Include?

As part of the CQMS accreditation process, Dry Riser One completed a detailed review of our H&S standards, insurance, company policies, risk management procedures and operational compliance processes. The assessment covered key areas required by leading clients and principal contractors when vetting subcontractors for approved supplier status.

This accreditation is particularly important when working with Tier 1 clients, principal contractors and facilities management providers, many of whom require recognised H&S accreditations as part of their subcontractor approval and vetting process.

SSIP↗︎ is the mutual recognition scheme for occupational health and safety standards, particularly within construction. The scheme was established as an umbrella organisation to support mutual and cross recognition of health and safety assessments between SSIP member schemes.

SSIP assessments are judged against the core criteria, also known as the threshold standard, approved by the Health and Safety Executive. Holding a valid SSIP Member Scheme certificate allows Dry Riser One to demonstrate our capability by meeting recognised core criteria trusted by thousands of buyers across the construction, property and facilities management sectors.

Following the Deemed to Satisfy assessment route, Dry Riser One has also been assessed on key business standards including environmental and quality standards, anti bribery policy, anti slavery policy and equality requirements.

Dry Riser One also holds CHAS↗︎ SSIP accreditation, further supporting our position as a trusted and compliant subcontractor for clients who require robust health and safety verification before appointing suppliers.

For Dry Riser One, these accreditations reflect our ongoing investment in safe operations, responsible project delivery and high standards of workmanship. They provide further reassurance to clients that our team is committed to meeting compliance requirements while delivering reliable dry riser services across the United Kingdom.
